The spa center stood out with its impressive range of 28 functionalities, including bio pools that were refreshingly chlorine-free-ideal for relaxation without any harsh chemicals. The thermal experiences were enjoyable, particularly the Finnish sauna and the contrast showers, which could relieve any ski-related soreness. I also appreciated the attention to families, with special bio pools designed for both adults and children. I opted for a couple of treatments using high-quality French cosmetics, and they were aptly delivered in a serene setting. The overall spa experience was a great addition to the hotel's offerings, making Lucky Bansko not just a place to stay, but also a soothing retreat. Definitely a solid choice for anyone seeking both comfort and a bit of pampering!
